Frequently Asked Questions
Anything we should know before you arrive?
We recommend just having everything cleared from the carpeted floor, and vacuum it if possible to make things easier for us. Also, please schedule in advance when you'd like to get your house or office carpet cleaned so that we can book you in. Make sure to assign a spot for our vehicle to park somewhere and is within easy reach as well for we have many tools and equipment to reach out to.
How long will it take to get my carpet cleaned?
It certainly depends on how much carpet needs to be cleaned. But usually for a 1-2 bedroom apartment, it would take approximately 1-2 hours. And if the house requires deep cleaning or if it is in a bad condition, it could take longer. Just ahead to keep the house cleared for at least 2 hours so that we can work our best without interruption.
Every how often do I need professional carpet cleaning service?
That depends on a few set of questions to consider. Do you have pets at home? children? Allergies? Smokers at home or office? If you happen to have answered yes to some or all of these, then you probably would want to vacuum at least once a week. And if your house or office experiences frequent spills and stains, then you might want to invest in a stain-resistant carpet.
Vacuuming once a week yourself is great for maintaining your carpet, but your carpets will require a deeper clean and water-extraction done by a professional carpet cleaning company at least once a year. This will ensure that your carpet will remain bright, clean, and welcoming.

What kind of chemicals do you use?
We tend to stick to organic ingredients to ensure a safer environment for children and pets. However we do use certain types of carpet chemicals when needed for extreme cases. We use enzyme-based carpet cleaning products for certain types of stains that are hard to get rid of from the rug such as dried urine stains. We may also use hydrogen-peroxide cleaning tools to get rid of bacteria and germs from carpets and upholstery. Another common chemicals we use is an absorbent called odaban, which we use to remove odors and any funny smells forming out of carpets.
